Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Patriot's Compass Mercantile handles order processing, shipping methods, costs, and delivery for customers in Florida and across the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Orders received after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

If we experience unusually high order volume or supply delays, we will notify you via email with updated processing times.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental U.S.

Any delivery date estimates provided during checkout are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.

Use the provided tracking information to monitor your package until delivery.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

For any shipments outside of USA. Customer is responsible for all customs fees and shipping. Depending on location shipping may be delayed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For any shipments outside Florida but within the U.S., no customs fees apply.

Customers are responsible for any state or local taxes assessed on their orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

For lost packages, reach out to our support team. support@patriotscompassmercantile.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a replacement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy when operational or legal requirements change.

Revised policies will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
