Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Patriot's Compass Mercantile, an online store based in Florida, USA. It explains eligibility, timeframes, and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and free of damage or odors.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

2. Refund Request Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.

3. Returns Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@patriotscompassmecantile.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack the item securely with the RMA number visibly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

5. Restocking Fees and Deductions

We do not charge restocking fees for most returns.

However, if an item is returned damaged, soiled, or missing original tags, a deduction may apply.

Damages caused by customer misuse are not covered under this policy.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

In cases of error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping expenses upon request.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made merchandise

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank or payment account statement first.

Then contact support@patriotscompassmercantile.com with your order number and refund confirmation.

9. Compliance with Florida Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Customers retain all rights afforded under Florida consumer protection statutes and federal laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements.

Revised versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
